Last year threw so many obstacles at us which in turn caused so many special occasions to be missed. One of those was little Master R’s 1st birthday cake smash. Fast forward one year and it was an absolute delight to not only have Master R finally get to smash that cake (with big brother’s help who happens to be an experienced cake smasher) but to also include his parents and his very precious grandparents in their photography session.

It was one of those sessions that was truly about making loving memories with those who matter the most with the added bonus of having someone document everything. I drove home that night with my heart full, knowing I’d really captured something that will really be treasured.
