As a photographer, there's something truly special about capturing the essence of an extended family. It's more than just taking pictures; it's about documenting the intricate tapestry of relationships that make up a family.

Extended family sessions are a treasure trove of moments. You witness the playful bond between cousins, the tender love shared between grandparents and grandchildren, and the enduring connection between siblings. It's a privilege to be invited into these intimate spaces and to freeze these precious interactions in time.

Of course, weather can be a fickle friend during outdoor shoots. Although this session began with us bathed in the gorgeous sunset light, as the sun set, Mother Nature had a different idea which left us dashing to our cars in the freezing wind and rain.
