Something Special for Mum
It seems many Mums can be hard to buy for but we really aren’t, I mean we can not speak for all but just being around our children and families is enough to fill our hearts with joy. But I mean who doesn’t love to open something small and feel loved and appreciated Christmas time (*HINT to how us Mums feels, what we do and to have the best laugh check out Bad Moms 2 not a kids movie so please watch it without the kids and settle in with a glass of wine and laugh your butt off)
PHOTOS PHOTOS PHOTOS always a favourite for families. Of course we had to say photos! We love them of course. They don’t even have to be by a professional photographer, just something that captures the true essence of your loves! If you have recently had photo’s taken or there is a special photo you already have, get it printed, put it in a nice frame and wrap that bad boy up. We can guarantee you Mums face will light up with joy. A framed print, a canvas, a calendar, a keyring - so many options that Mum will LOVE!
Hair Straightener, Hair dryer, curler. I know mine has almost had it (after 12 years of regular use - not bad hey!) so you could either buy a brand new one or even a voucher for somewhere like Priceline, Hairhouse Warehouse etc where she can choose the one she loves best!
Clothes - have you heard your wife complain she has no clothes or the classic I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR (I’m a culprit of this saying) then off to her favourite store you go and get her something she will love. Or maybe you have seen Mum eyeing off that certain outfit - here’s your chance to get it for her. Again a voucher is also a ‘safe’ option or if you are going to purchase something in particular don’t forget to check the size on something she currently wears.
Fitbit or Apple Watch- these are very popular right now and great for this who like to keep track of their fitness and health.

Camera - Mums love to capture all moments in life so this gift is perfect to help Mum get those shots.

Home made gift voucher for the budget friendly - back massage, games night, quiet time, a bath alone, clean house etc all the favourites!
Day Spa/massage voucher - a chance for mum to unwind in a relaxing calm space is what everyone needs. Treat Mum with many places around S.A offering amazing packages. We have recently visited Endota Spa and it was amazing!!!
Nail Voucher - for the Mums who like to keep her hands and feet pretty or even the Mums who rarely get to indulge her hand and feet to the goodness of Manicure and Pedicures.
A voucher for the perfect family adventure! Think Adelaide Zoo with an experience with the lions or for the very adventurous mum maybe try the new tree climb place in the city park lands. Feeding the meerkats at Monarto Zoo. A high tea or a wine tasting or mixing experience. Who doesn’t love an experience we may not think to book for ourselves.
A personalised photo session - Could we really talk about the perfect gift and not plug what we do best? If Mum complains about never getting nice photo’s then here is your chance for husband of the year or to be the favourite child! Something Special for DAD
What on earth do we get DAD? Dad’s don’t seem as hard to buy for and I don’t even know why but they just seem to be easier to get things for!
Stubby holders, beer glass, bottle opener - classic summertime gift for dad but now you can get personalised, photo and many other ways then just the regular brand ones. There are so many things you can have personalised too!
BBQ or BBQ accessories- a very Dad gift is the BBQ and Christmas is always the perfect time in the middle of summer and the perfect day to cook a first meal on the BBQ. Last year Michelle had a BBQ cover personalised just for her husband! Cool! You can also buy chopping or cheese boards with your family name on it!
Book - if your Dad likes a read then there are many books out there for all Dads. Sports, war, true stories, business, money, crime just to name a few.
Gym gear, Sneakers, Gym wear - is your dad fitness mad or wants to start then what better gift then to start his fitness journey or to continue his health and wellbeing.
Sport tickets - is there a football game or cricket game your dad wants to see then buy the tickets now for him and send him on a fulfilled day. Or even a membership to his favourite team!
Have you checked out the Adelaide Adventure Rooms yet? They offer gift certificates and are SO MUCH FUN! Or if your Dad has a keen interest in aviation like Michelle’s husband then you could buy him the experience of flying an aircraft simulator!
And don’t forget to check if there are any of your Dad’s favourite bands touring soon - tickets to a music filled night out are great!
Something Special for THE family
It can be so expensive to buy a big present for each person in the family so we love the idea of a ‘family present’!

A gaming console - Nintendo Switch with Splatoon is EASILY one of our household favourites!
VR - OMG have you tried this yet?? You can get an amazing stand alone (no pc needed) VR headset from Oculus for just $299 delivered and it really is like living in a different world! There are so many free games and experiences to choose from and it is totally mind blowing! PS if you see Michelle’s kids before the big man has been please don’t mention this as they have no idea it is coming for them!!!
A holiday! You don’t have to spend a ton here. It could be a voucher to a hotel that has lots of locations so you can all go where you want when you have the spare time.
Matching PJs! Oh these are so much fun! You can get them from Cotton On at the moment or order something personalised online.
Bluetooth speakers for around the house.
Google home or alike. These are SO popular this year!
A hand drawn family portrait - kind of like those stickers that were on that back of all those cars with stick families - only better!
A board game - so much more fun that just watching TV together!
Mini Movie projector - take the movies outdoor this summer with a sheet and mini projector for your own backyard starlight cimema!
